Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

WOW Walls Studio ("WOW Walls Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Sun Street LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wowwallsstudio.com and through our phone and messaging channels, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact and project information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, photos of your walls, and project details you submit through our website forms or share with us during calls.
  • Call information: calls with our studio may be recorded for quality and training purposes; recording is announced at the start of the call. We keep call notes and, where applicable, recordings and transcripts.
  • Website usage data: pages visited and similar analytics data collected through cookies by Google Analytics and HubSpot. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry; to prepare your visualization and quote; to schedule measurement visits and installations; to provide our services; to send you service-related messages about your inquiry or project; and to improve our website. We do not publish photos of your home or project without your permission.

Text messaging (SMS)

WOW Walls Studio sends text messages only to people who have asked us to do so — for example, by calling us and requesting a text, or by providing a mobile phone number in one of our website forms so that we can follow up.

  • Messages relate to your inquiry: a link to your free wall visualization, measurement appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and replies to your questions.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (954) 504-6380.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our customer-relationship system, analytics and messaging providers — and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by calling (954) 504-6380 or emailing info@wowwallsstudio.com.
